Hello... I've been lurking for awhile and have really enjoyed your group. Would like to join in from time to time, if I may.

My family and I live in western NY and purchased a (gently) used 1998 Damon Magnum 5th wheel in August of '03. We've only done some local camping, with the exception of a trip last Oct. to NJ to the shore.

We're planning a trip to Gettysburg & Williamsburg in April, which we are looking forward to very much.

Would love to have a larger RV someday... for now it's just a dream.

Thank you for the welcome! As far as the Rally goes, I'd love to, but not sure of son's school schedule though. Usually gets out for the summer around June 24th.

I haven't read all about the Rally in the postings yet, but see it starts June 18th? How much notice do you need to reserve a spot?

He'll be in school another 2 years... then hubby and I can go & do more as we please!

Hometowngalrv,
Glad to have you with us!!!
Regarding your planned trip, we have been to Gettysburg, 3 times, and always find it enjoyable. One tip I would offer: Plan lots of time at Gettysburg. It is impossible to see it all, in a brief stay. Be sure to take a "Ghost Tour."

Allegro Happy ~~ thanks for the rally info. If there's any way we can make it, we'll certainly try!
