Question Another new member

Just got a Monaco Vesta. Had both a Roadtrek Leisure Serenity. Finally got enough nerve and $$ to buy an A coach. Need help on the braking of a toad. Dealer said that aux. braking on a 4 dr Jeep Wrangler wasnt necessary. But if I wanted one the best would be "Air Force". That the brake buddies werent worth the money and werent reliable. Any thoughts?

rg neumann,

I do not have an opinion to offer on the brake but someone will be along soon who does.

Glad to see you joined us. You'll find answers to your questions here without a doubt. Great people that always will to help. Although I can't help with your question I'm sure you'll get some input. We have a tow dolly with surge brakes so that isn't going to help in your situation. Enjoy the new ride, be safe and Happy Motoring!!

Welcome to the forum. Just can't listen to sales people. You should have a braking system, if nothing more than helping to stop in a panic stop situation. As far as brands go, do a little research on the net and you'll find something that suits you. I haven't ever heard anything bad about Brake Buddies, but never had that kind.
