We'll be taking delivery of a 2005 Jayco Greyhawk M-26 SS next week and we are looking forward to it. It's a bonded and insured sale, so we get 15 days to inspect it and make our final decision. Of course, the first thing we'll do is take it to the local dealer and have a pre-purchase inspection done. It's already been looked at by a third party, who saw nothing obvious, but he isn't an RV professional. After years in a VW camper and a series of ever-increasing-in-length travel trailers, we thought moving to a Class C motorhome was a good idea for our declining years. If anyone else has experience with a Greyhawk, we'd be interested in hearing them. Please feel free to use the e-mail address listed in my profile.

Welcome to the forum. I think you will do just fine with the Jayco.

Welcome to the group!
My wife and I have had three Jayco Eagles; a 1985 Class C, a 1999 Travel Trailer with Superslide, and a 2000 Class C. We liked the first two very much but the last was one problem after another. Not Jayco's fault; it wasn't taken care of by the previous owner and I didn't catch a few things when we bought it.
A word to the wise - don't neglect the rubber roof! The old 1985 Class C had a continuous sheet of aluminum on it's roof. Never did leak.
We now have a 2005 Winnebago Sightseer 29R Class A. No more rubber roof!
