Renting our home is not really an option since we need the equity in our home to purchase our rig. Our plan is to pay cash for a truck & 5th wheel. That way we will be totally debt free and without home ownership, upkeep and worry.
We are trying "for sale by owner" but if we don't sell by the first of the year we will list it with a realtor. In the meantime we continue to clean out and pack up and plan for our future life on the road.

Fortunately, we already owned our rig outright so we were able to rent. The market here in the Raleigh, NC area is terrible. So many foreclosures, with 3 in our neighborhood. Hope to meet you on the road sometime.
