Another Newbie to the Forum---out of Arizona
Hello all, Happy to join your group. More of you come here to see my town than I can count. I'm in Quartzsite, AZ....The Gathering Place. Semi full time resident.....originally from Philadelphia, PA and been hanging around AZ for 9 years or so.
Originally i had just a slide in camper on my pick up truck. Then was gifted an ancient handmade 1972 Beechwood RV. Then picked up an immaculate 1988 class C and lost it to an engine fire 4 weeks later. It was parked next to the Beechwood unit...so therefore I them lost both. Now when on the road I am back in my old dependable slide in camper. Stuff happens! When my grandkids join me for a trip I'll just rent a unit.
Last summer and fall I managed a 9,000 mile excursion around the NW USA collecting rocks, studying geology, visiting friends, and took four months to do it.
