Any Suggestions

I am a new member and want to investigate purchasing a light weight 4 wheel trailer less tha 25 ft. I have a 2006 Toyota Tundra v/8 that is rated for 6800 lbs towing weight with the trailer towing package. Since I want to travel the Rockies I think I should get one around 4000lbs empty that would be around 5000 to 5500 lbs fully loaded. Any suggestions from you learned members? Thanks

Hi Joe and

I'm not a trailer guy but it sounds like you've got your eyes wide open on the weight ranges you'll need to consider. You might want to post a more specific question in our Travel Trailer section to get more responses. Many members might not browse through the "New Member Check In" section.

Best of Luck to you....

Rick

Welcome joec66,
I owned one of these back in the early 70s. Was a great pulling trailer. Back then they were made by Serro in Georgia. SerroScotty
