Arizona Newbie

Hello
I have only been at this since Dec 2012 when I purchased my used CLass C 24' 4winds Majestic. I lost my home last year due to health issues and workplace disability pay did not cover all the bills so I decide on living fulltime in a RV. At the moment to to restrictions with companies disability program I am not able to Leave the State of Arizona at this time, unless I jump through the hoops to get permission to go outside the state and it is not worth the battle. I am presently in Tonopah, AZ getting ready to head up to the Moggolon Rim for 6 months and escape the summer temps of 110+ for the first time in 37 years. First forum I am going to explore is the recipes due to I am trying to learn still on how to use a convection, grill microwave oven. No oven in this RV, did purchase a campground stove top oven combos. Does help in keeping the temps down in the kitchen when cooking. Glad to be here and Happy Trails.
