hi
I'm new to site so forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask technical question. we just tried to extend our awning and it stopped 3/4 way out and stopped . now it won't go further nor retract. tried outside switch and inside but nothing moves. it was getting a bit breezy and there is a possibilty of a t-storm this eve and of course it's sat late afternoon. . any suggestions on what to try?

Welcome to IRV2. It may be a fuse. I would go to the Monaco Forum and give them all the info you can on your Monaco. Someone there may be able to assist.

You did not say what kind it is I'm assuming it's a electric awning. When the awning extends it just unwinds the fabric and the spring pistons push it out. My first check would be the fuse since it want move either way.

Welcome to iRV2. Sorry to hear of your problem. I believe Cliftall gave you good advice. You likely will receive more response in the Monaco Forum than here on the New Member Check In.
