Thank you to all of you who responded to my post. I started to reply to all of you BUT taking the easy route to thank you with 1 post. It is early a.m. and barely light but we are going to head out to buy 1 new battery that is not taking a charge. It is getting hot and this is not good so dump it and get new. We have been going to the Rv to sit and read manuals and do small things and running the generator for AC while there. Am I correct to assume we maybe drained those batteries and they were not rechared from the generator? The rig does have a solar battery recharge...does this charge all batteries or only certain one's? Now you guys quit laughing.......We are brand spankin new and YES I''M BLONDE! Ha ha

Tahnks all,
Carole Bill & Oreo

No one laughing and being Blonde has nothing to do with the questions it always this way when we have a newbie everyone learns from them so have fun learning.
The solar panel are for your house batteries most likely. Your generator needs them to start up and will charge them also which your converter will also when plugged in to shore power. The chassis batteries are the ones that will need the Tric-L-Start charger.

Carole, Bill & Oreo....
First off, WELCOME to IRV2!! You will find many here willing to help with any problems and questions you may have!
May I take a stab at Mutha's post
<BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">This may be a little off topic here, but I just have to know....What is a "OREO GRALIA"? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>?
I am guessing Gralia is your last name and "Oreo" is a black & white pet of some type ...dog or cat?
Anyway...
Welcome here!
