Brand new to this forum, and brand new to owning a vintage RV!

Good afternoon!
As the title says... I'm brand new to everything! My wife and I just got our first Class A motorhome, actually first motorhome ever and we know nothing about how things work. We now own a VERY nicely kept 84 HR Imperial 33 with 79,000 miles. We love the "old" look of this thing and it was in such good shape we moved on it. I'm a turbine mechanic by trade so being handy is easy for me considering this rascal does have a few things that need a little help. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this forum to connect with fellow owners of these things? I don't know how to operate the controls for switching between electric and propane, lighting pilot lights etc.

Thanks, and glad to be here!
Tommy

Hi Tommy! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig!

Go to the green menu bar at the top, put your mouse pointer over "Forums" to bring up the drop-down menu, then look under "Community Forums" and click on "Vintage RV's". You should find some help there!

Keep her between the ditches!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

Thank you so much for the welcome. I work on the road and anxious to get home to my family to try out our "new" old RV. I'd like to know what I'm doing before I get there
