My name is Danny and originally from Houma, La. The wife and I have been camping for a couple years now and plan to become full time camper in about 8 years (at least that's the plan). I work 14/14 day shifts, so that gives us 14 days advantage to camp locally and venture to nearby states sometimes. I am setup with my Cougar 5th Wheel and 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Diesel.

Maybe we'll run into on the road (not literally I hope). We like to stay at Lakeside RV Park in Livingston while in route to or from trips to Texas. We enjoy sliding over to the Mall of Louisiana in Bation Rouge, if they ever get the road fixed again, and maybe stopping by J Alexander's for a steak while we're there. Enjoy the forum, tell lots of lies, and ask lots of questions.

Sounds like a rough two weeks followed by a two week vacation. How great is that, a two week vacation every month?
