hello everyone , im from tx and i have this 1972 mallard model 161 pintail rv, and plan on useing a lot from here forward,
want to do carvan trips, camping trips, around the usa, im a water person so i luv to be near lakes ,
i hav repaired leaky ends on this old rv, added waterheater, plumbing for potty, outside shower, etc, set it up like i like to have it, im in the process of fixing the brakes, surge, hydrlic, drum,
what a chore to find vintage atwood actuator parts, but i found ablog abt
it the master cylinder is a cordone aparently and is avaliable at my local auto parts store for abt 18 bucks, they hav to pick it up from thier warehouse on monday , hopeing i wint need the wheel cyliner 2, ...
put on new brakeshoes, already an thats when i found they dont work, im new at car type repairs, but im learning

Nice to have you with us. this is a great group of folks that have tons of "know how, been here done that" experience so don't hesitate to ask for help and chime in if you can do the same. BTW, I had an uncle that had the same TT as you and towed it all over the US for 15 yrs prior to his passing in 1984. He loved it! it sounds like you have yours fixed up with all you need. Hope you have memorable travels
