Hello to all from Minnesota from a newbie. We currently own an older '96 Class C MinnieWinnie and a Damon Challanger 5th wheel. We are on the brink of buying a used 2007 Georgetown 378TS-XL. It has everything including an in-motion satellite dish. This would be our first Class A and if anybody has any info they'd like to share on the 378 we'd be more than interested. Would like to know your overall thoughts and your opinion on the V10 as opposed to the 8.1 Vortec as that would have been my preference but the one were looking at has the V10. Thanks again. Glad to be here.

Dave

MoHoDave;

Welcome to iRV2. We are glad you found us. You came to the right Site for info to your questions. Post often and keep us updated on your plans for a class A. As far as engines are concerned I believe we have satisfied owners of both. Visit the specific chassis forums for more info. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

Don

We have the 8.1 in our rig and are very pleased with the power and performance. After we had the Ultra Power upgrade done, our MPG went from7-7.5 to 8-8.5 mpg when running 62-65 mph.
