Considering new stabilizer jacks

I have a 30 foot Capri travel trailer with round-bottom stabilizer jacks.
To gain less trailer sway when parked, I am considering installing the scissor style stabilizer jacks.

I have also read about the steadysway stabilizer system as a possible addition to my existing stabilizer system.

My question : Will I gain substantial stability with scissor jacks or should I consider a pyramid crossbar system ( like in the steadysway product ?

Thanks !
