ANY time is good - just depends on the plans you need to make.
More details will get better replies.
Safe Travels...

Unless you like 100 degree weather, the Summer is not a good time - especially in Southern FL.

Last May: 6AM, 82 degrees, Pensacola.....

Kind of asking how long is a piece of string. You will have to define best, and where in Fl you want to visit.

The weather is most pleasant in Fl in early spring and late fall. Prices and crowds are very high then, also. The least expensive time to visit Fl, especially the theme parks would be mid January to mid February, but the weather is coolest then. Florida north of Orlando is significantly cooler than south if you are seeking winter activities. In the summer Florida is very, very hot and very humid, it rains about every day, and hurricanes can ruin a planned vacation. There are also a lot of tourists visiting then (kids on summer vacation). Spring break time is crowded and rowdy in several areas, but if that is what you seek, that might be the best time.

If you are looking to visit in an rv, winter snowbirds fill most of the available slots from Orlando south from about mid December until spring. Restaurants, malls, and traffic in snowbird areas can be crowded. RV sites are more readily available in summer, but without good air conditioning, it could be a miserable time. Hope some of this helps.

Depends on what part of Florida and what time of year. It was 23 degrees this morning in the panhandle.

Hi Iony. I think anytime of the year is a great time to be in Florida. But then, I've lived here for almost 69 years. Come on down, the weather is probably better than where you're at.

Ok! Maybe is sound wired but, we would like to go to Florida, running away from the stress that we have. We have no particular place to stay there with our 5-th willer, other than RV Parks. (Usually we would like to visit historical places, beaches, interesting places…) We would like to visit Key West for a day.
All we have is 3 Weeks!
Thanks again!

We are here in FL now for the fourth year in a row. Last year, we started in AL and went down the west coast to the Keys, then up the east coast to Jacksonville. Each place we visited had it's own flavor but, the Keys are special.

We did a similar trip on motorcycles last year. We spent four days in the Keys and wish we had been able to stay longer.

My favorite time of year here is March, April, and May. The weather is great, and the Tourists have headed home. I moved to West Central Fla in '65 and enjoy it very much. June thru September are very hot and humid. November and December have unreliable weather and January and February are loaded with Snow Birds. I hope this helps and you enjoy your trip.

If you don't like the heat and humidity go in the winter like we do.

We're going April 16th for a week or so. Staying at the Orange Grove Campground in Kississmee, a Good Sam Campground. We've stayed there before, close to all the attractions and a Camping World Spend the money

And Everyone knows how long a piece of string is....from one end to the other

Last year we went down there in May and it was HOT
Had a Coachmen Mirada at that time and had to run both airs to keep it cool, course I had modified it so I could do that sure made it a lot more comfortable.

Anyhoo, as said anytime is a good time to go, if you go in summer its not so crowded, and you can always go and jump in the water

Have fun and enjoy
Happy trails
Jim
