Driver setting

We bought our Essex new, 2011. We have had an issue getting the memory seat settings to work. Been to Newmar, they passed the buck to Villa, the seat manufacturer. Villa looked at the seat, no problems. Talked to Spartan for an additional $1000 we could switch out the modules, but that may not be it either.
Has anyone had the same issue? It's the last thing on our list of new motor home owners that we can't resolve.

With all the links below in my signature have not seen your problem, maybe a search in the Newmar forum will find the answer for you.

the memory settings occasionally quit working on my 2011 Essex, but all the manual controls continue to work. When it happens it has always started to work again - usually after the engine is restarted. I have decided not to worry about it until it quits completely or someone on this forum posts the definitive, no fail solution
