Easy Black Streak Removal

I just used LA Totally Awesome for the first time on black stains on the exterior of our travel trailer. It is, well, totally AWESOME. I used it directly from the spray bottle and rinsed throroughly. Follow up with normal wash to be sure but it removed the stains with no effort at all. A great product at an amazing price. I got mine from Dollar General for $1. The larger refill bottles are $3 I think.

Be careful of any citrus smelling products. The birds think there is something under the roof and will peck at the citrus. I believe Awsome is a citrus based product.

Read Mark Polk's Cleaning a Roof and item 5 last paragraph. This article pertains to rubber roof EPDM or TPO.

Here is another Aticle on cleaning roofs.

Hrs ka thanks for the replies!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I did want to add that I am using LA for cleaning the black streaks on the sides of the trailer and not the rubber roof. I know that there is a ton of advice on the forum and elsewhere on how to clean and protect the rubber on the roof. I will be looking at that in the next few months...

Thanks again !!
