Excited and Nervous!

My wife and I are about to become first-time rv owners. We take delivery of a 22' TT this weekend. My wife grew up with a TT and a popup.

I am looking forward to doing some driveway camping over the next couple of weeks.

We want to use it for camping and some travel to see more of our wonderful country

Been spending the last few days reading as much as I can here and it has already been a tremendous help.

Hello and Welcome!

Your DW sounds like she's on top of things already!

Camping at the house is an EXCELLENT idea, helps you plan/sort for the road. Make sure you pick up some cord connectors for different electric services....

I'd listen to her advice, chances are the lady already knows what to do, and why.

Get a good set of basic travel tools and enjoy! You will get advice along the way and this forum is GOLD for members with questions.

Happy Trails.

Welcome and congrats on the new rig. Lots of good folks with good info here to help you along. Read the various threads and ask questions as they come up. The learning curve is long, like forever, but only steep in the beginning
Yes start in the drive way and then make your first couple of outings local so you can get back home to retrieve what you forgot what you needed.
Good luck and enjoy the adventure.

Glad to have you here in the forum with us. You're gonna like it here.

Congrats on your new TT. The idea of driveway camping is a great way to find out the needs you'll have once you get out on the road. Good luck and let us know if you need help.

Happy Trails!!!
