First time DP owner. 2004 Newmar Northern Star

Well we took the plunge and this time went for the Diesel. Years ago we bought a Gas motorhome which was a disaster but it got us around the country with five kids. We had a good time but I jokingly said I spent more time under it than in it!

That was then and this is now. It's just my wife and I this time and we plan on making a lot of trips towing our Goldwing Motorcycle and enjoying our other love too! I can see there is a lot to learn about our latest purchase and this forum is really loaded with knowledgeable people who understand the in's and out's of motorhome care and maintenance.

I look forward to being a regular here. We hope to pick up our NS in the next two weeks. A few things being attended to before we take possession. Till then I'll be reading lots of good info right here in the Newmar Owners Club.
