Glad to be amongst the bloggers here in this forum. Have been reading it for a while and finally decided to participate fully. On my second motorhome although have been stationary camping in trailers for a while at a local lake. Got into camping because didn't want to go home at night after boating all day. Kids are grown now so wanted to move around a little and here we are. Both still working full time, thus the name "long weekends" since we can't get away as much as we would like to. First mh was a wonderful 1999 discovery 36t. Loved it but wife wanted more space in bedroom. Current mh is 06 American coach tradition 42R. Bit much for weekends but we both love it. Still have lots of questions so looking forward to the various forums.

We covered the western states while we were still working and then when we retired we did all the eastern states.

Worked out great for us.

Hi folks! Welcome to IRV2! Sure glad you joined us! Hang in there and maybe that long weekending can turn into full-time or at least "whenever you want to time". Good luck & God bless!
