Florida girl new to RV life

Hello all and thank you for being here. I'm originally from Florida living in West Virginia. I take care of my elderly mother. She is ready to return home and we chose to purchase a camper to move to Florida to live in. We no nothing about campers at all. What little we do know has been from YouTube. We are having an awful time finding anything at all on our camper. Currently electricity is our issue any advice is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to iRV2.

Glad to have you join us.
Going to have to ask questions.
When you say camper , do you mean , a camper carried in the box of a pick-up truck or some other type of RV ?
What type of RV, year, make and model ? Please
When you say electricity , do you mean you have plugged into power in an RV site and can't get anything in the RV to work ? Lights ? furnace ? electrical outlets?

Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! Keep her between the ditches!

I would suggest that you post specific questions over in the appropriate areas for best results!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!

I had it plugged into the shore power but did not have a battery. I now have a battery and have power. However the fridge and the hwh is not working. I'm hoping it is breakers or fuses. I have been spending the majority of my time on YouTube. IV learned a lot but still have a long way to go. It is a 1998-99 Prowler by Fleetwood. M-24J. Thank you for welcoming me to the group.

Welcome to the forum. I would go to the TT forum and ask your questions http://www.irv2.com/forums/f50/

HWH ...is the gas turned on at the tanks? Go to the HWH door and open it, take a picture of it so everyone can see what one you have.

Fridge...open the door and post the name and model number plate should be on the inside of door frame.
