Former 5th wheelers. New to motorcoaching.

Eager to learn about motor coach issues. My wife Elaine and I are particularly interested in learning about good spots to go rving. I'm somewhat of a do-it-yourselfer and am interested in the care and maintenance that I can perform myself as well as well as keeping informed of safety and mechanical issues. Who knows? I might even be able to offer some advice in the future. Randy Anders

Welcome ; Glad to have you join us , here at iRV2.

After 4, 5th wheels , I switched to my current coach 4 years ago, a bit of a learning curve , but I wouldn't go back to a fiver.
Ease of parking and set up, in a site. Level floor and access to the fridge, and other stuff, while traveling. Worth the change in my book.

I miss the truck to go to the golf course. Janet has the SUV and I had the 450 to get around in. Now I have to use the motorcycle to haul me and the clubs to the course. It is OK but eliminates playing the 19 hole.
