How long does the addiction last? I can't stop reading and book marking all the valuable information I find here.

It's simply amazing how friendly almost everyone in here is and how willing they are to take time share information and answer questions.

It shouldn't surprise me, almost everyone I've ever met in an RV has always been willing to share info and help out.

I don't think there's a cure. I've been hooked since 2002.

I've kinda given up on rv.net. Not as lively. Of course the downside to irv2 is I'm up all hours reading all the new posts.

Rv.net not as lively? Every time I looked, it seemed like anything goes.

Ah! just wait. It will get worse. You'll get up in the morning and check new posts. There will be 2, 3, 4 pages. You will zip through them like butter, only to come hone in the evening, check again and see that there are 5 to 6 or more pages of new posts. You'll start going through them, and some where around page 4 or 5 you will get the dreaded white box because somehow your "time on forum" has timed out. So you click on new posts, and now you have 8 or 9 new pages - how did that happen? As you go through the first 3, everything is fine, except now you are worried about that dreaded white square that timed you out. Somewhere around page 3 you see "Posts that may not have been read, but previously viewed" or something like that. You say, Oh! That's where I left off. Better hurry, need to beat the time out. You start scanning, looking for anything that may have peaked your interest earlier, but not read. If you hurry, you can beat the time out. Whew!

The next morning - start over with new posts.

I have not gone to this extreme, but I suggest a hospital bed pan to facilitate getting through all the posts before the time out.

Welcome and the addiction will not go away. I only wish I could spend more time on it, but still have to go to work and also am a golf addict, so my time is spread out.
