From Ocean to Land

Hello, Just bought our first RV (1997 Rexhall Aerbus diesel) and are currently living aboard in Tucson while Cap'n Jon pens his second book. We are professional ocean sailors (delivery, charter, cruising). We plan to spend the next couple of years land-cruising, then probably a small sailboat on the Sea of Cortez. Jon is retired yacht captain, author, international entrepreneur. Joell is published artist, musician, fabulous first mate!

Welcome to iRV2. You'll most likely find rving not much different the being on the yacht. Besides the fact that you can actually leave the confines of your land yacht before you reach your final destination.

Feel free to ask any questions that may come up, there is a world of knowledge here.

Hi Jon and Joell, my DW and I lived aboard for five years in the Caribbean. Also in the same business for twenty years before we finally left. Just could not fight mother ocean any longer. She wins every time. We have made the transition with ease.

Enjoy the ride!

Thanks...

Thank you all for your kind welcome. I have already benefited from this site by having responses to two puzzling issues with my land-yacht. Cheers and happy holidays...
