Ramps are easy to manipulate if you add a couple of screw eyes in the side and use a pole with a hook in the end. Basic idea is to drop the ramp close to where you want it then push/pull as required using the stick.

FWIW I seldom worry. The newer refrigerators can stand more out of level than I can cook with. I usually can find a sweet spot with a bit of back and forth.
