Glad to be here!

Hello everyone, so glad to be part of this great forum! I'm in the early stages of tire kicking for a new TT and I'm most certainly a newbie regarding all this RV stuff. I'm looking forward to having access to the wealth of knowledge you all have.
I'm a little disappointed to learn the my 2010 Chevy Silverado 5.3L can only tow 6000lbs, that's not going to do the job for most RV's I've looked at so I'm going to have to figure out what my next step will be.
Anyway, glad to be here and thanks in advance for all the questions I'm sure I'll ask!

Welcome Kelly! I'm on 3 different forums and this is the only one I'm a paying member of. It is, in my opinion the best forum going. Friendly and helpful folks on here. I will proudly display my iRV2 decals on the motorhome this summer and hopefully get the chance to meet some of the great folks on here. I have learned so much good info from other forum members. I'm sure you will too. Just remember, don't be afraid to ask any question about anything to do with RV'ing. The only dumb question is the one you're afraid to ask. You'll be pleasantly surprized by the friendly, helpful responses you'll get.

Now that you're here you'll find you make a lot fewer mistakes and get some great input from seasoned RV'ers. Wish I had joined back when I bought my first RV...would have done things differently with what I learned from this place!!
