Hi! It was great to find this forum! My husband and I (with our three dogs and one cat) have been rving for the last ten years. We started with a little tent, went to a pop-up camper, then to a 1996 Newmar Kountry Star motorhome, and just recently to a 2003 Winnebago Chieftain 39T motorhome. We have been retired since January 1, 2005, and have been going to Florence, AZ, for three months the last four winters. We love it there! We take our Honda Rancher ATV with us and spend a lot of time on the mountain trails in that area. It is just beautiful out there! I never thought that we would do anything as wonderful as this!

I have done a search on this site on Winnebago Chieftains and was pleased at the results received. We traded our Kountry Star at Earnhardts RV in Mesa, AZ, just before we headed home to Illinois. We had a super experience dealing with Earnhardts. We still are in awe of our Chieftain! We had a great trip home with it. We are planning a 6-8 week trip this summer to visit friends in Livermore, CO, then going on to Grand Tetons, Yellowstone, up to Glacier, then back through the Badlands and Mt. Rushmore. We feel so blessed to be able to do this. I also feel this forum is a blessing in the fact that if we have any problems or questions, we will have someone to "turn to". I look forward to spending many an evening with all of you on this forum. All I can say is thank you.

Karen & Joe;

Welcome to IRV2. We are glad you found us. Please come on down to the Winnebago Forum and post your questions and comments. If you notice my signiture I also have a 2003 Chieftain. My wife likes it so much she won't let me look at anything different until I can find a better floor plan.

As MonacoMama said, request some Winnebago Karma and you shall receive.

Don
