Good Morning from Washington State
Took forever but here I am. I have a 1999 Pace Arrow and basicly have stayed in the northwest so far.
As soon as the docter releases me I plan on just drifting somewhere with my best friend, we have 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren so we have plenty of places and faces to go see. They are spread out through Alaska and the west coast.
Retirement is fun.
We are still uncertian if we will sell our sticks and bricks, thats a tough decision to make

Welcome, Larry. We're also retired and s&b is in Anacortes where right this minute it's blowing about 20 knots and tanking down rain. We're just about to bag it for the season. I started draining things, will be making a trip to the dump station tomorrow, then blowing the water out and putting pink stuff in.
We may have a need for a "guest cottage" deployment for Thanksgiving, but I think it'll be late March before we get ready to go traveling again.

Hi Larry and Welcome to the forums!
Another Western Washington residence here too. Got a few more years till retirement but trying to enjoy some travel as we can.
DW and I took the MH out for a short exercise run and top up the fuel on Saturday and didn't want to turn it back towards home.
Oh well - one of these days.

Not WA residents but we are only 20 minutes from the border. We really enjoy the state, our last trip was to Anacortes and Whidbey Island. Weather was the pits but we still had fun. Now if we could only find a way to deal with the traffic through Seattle.

Hi. We also are from Washington State...down south on the Columbia River, near White Salmon. We won't be putting ours away for the winter as we plan to head south again in early Feb (weather permitting) and going all the way to Key West. We did that for the first time last spring, and loved it. We spend two months every year doing camp ground hosting on Orcas Island out of Anacortes.

Dick:
When we had our Class C, we did a late season trip to Orcas and stayed in Moran SP. The hosts had left for the season, so we stayed in the host slot, the only one in the park with an electricity hook-up back then (about 7 years ago).

You must have arrived just after we left. We have been hosting at Moran for the last 8 years...always August and Sept. It is a great place to spend a few months. Can't afford to live there otherwise, so it is nice to volunteer in such a nice place. Dick
