Hello everyone. We are new to the forum but have been rving for many years. We have just bought a Nomad 297 bunkhouse. We had a K-Z Coyote but sold it recently because we adopted three girls last year and our family grew from 5 to 8 people. We are very excited to have a dedicated bunkroom with a door!! We love to camp in the Florida Panhandle area (especially Henderson State Park and Grayton Beach) and we currently live in Houston, Tx although we don't do lot of camping in Texas. Would love to hook up with other families for camping trips and shared fun. We are encouraged by all the good comments about Skyline products.

adopted3sue...
Congrats on your new Nomad and welcome to iRV2!! I can understand your need for a new rig...my hat goes off to you for adopting 3 children..wow!

You will find that iRV2 happens to be a very friendly and helpful RV forum...I feel it is the best on the Net.

You can venture down near the bottom of the main forum page to the South-Central Forum..which is in the Regional Chapters, Rallies...Campouts section. You will find the Texas & Oklahoma Boomers in there...Madame Boomer and the crew have quite the time when they meet...so I would definitely see when they will be near you!

There are many places to get info from iRV2..so please venture around...

Again...welcome to iRV2..please visit and post often !

Welcome Susan & Dan + family to irv2.
Know what you mean about room for children adopted three girls out of 60 foster children one is 27 now with her family and twins in college 20. We pulled a sleeper pop-up behind MH for their dormroom and friends to travel. The sleeper had more miles on it than my three recent MH's.
Enjoy the forums and do post often.

You will find all kinds of good families to camp with on the Texas and Southeast Regional sections of the forum. We even have a National Rallie in Texas this year.
