Hi fellow RVers,
First of this site is enormous for two years in my RV and today discovered this site always looking on the wrong places. I have an old 1998 Monaco dynasty 40' presently working for a full retirement and long trips to the east from Gilroy California. I have a web site just for fun. Rv Ez Cooking and loving every minute of it............later

Welcome aboard Inventor...

Seeing that you live in Gilroy, It makes cooking Italian and Greek foods easy... you don't have to add Garlic to the recipes,,

just sit the finished food dish on the table for ten minutes before eating and the ambient air of Gilroy will make the dish ..(and everything else).. taste like garlic..

I spent several wildland fire seasons camped in the city park of Gilroy and the smell of garlic was so strong that it made our eyes water ...

The residents of Gilroy were nice and the little town had charm... but the stench of garlic would gag a maggot...
