ok here goes , new to fifth wheeling, have purchased a 2005 travel supreme river canyon, have a 2005 chevy 2500 hd 4x4 with an 8.1 ltr gas engine . have had past experience with a 28 ft tt towed by a 1/2 ton chevy with a 350 gasser, no issues there.will my current truck be ok with my new (to me)5er?

Your HD will handle the load. This model is less than 11,000 lbs. Even loaded it shouldn't be any problems. ENJOY.
