Greetings from Ohio

We're a family of 4 with two young kids (five and 1.5), looking to get our first TT soon so we can actually start traveling again. Joining here to get informed before we make a purchase . Thanks !

Thanks!

We are in SW Oh, but do you happen to know of any good dealerships in our region? The more I read, the more it seems like that's a really important thing to consider...We are near Dayton, so anything around Columbus or Cincinnati is good for us.

Welcome to iRV2 from another fellow Buckeye. Glad to have you here.

As for dealerships, "good" is a personal term. Who is good to one may not be for another. Just hit as many as you can so you can see what's out there & what you like. There's Colerain in New Carlisle, D&D in West Alexandria, Paul Sherry in Piqua, Holman in Batavia, Arbogast in Troy, Buckeye RV in Jeffersonville & RCD is a big player in the Columbus area.

Welcome, I am in SW Ohio, just north of New Carlisle. Colrain seems to be a decent dealer although the last an only time I worked with them was 20 years ago Paul Sherrys has been good to work with in Piqua, I have purchased 3 from them. Arbogast in Troy was easy to deal with, they give you high trade in but they retain higher retail but they were easy to work with and not pushy. Pushy shuts me down instantly, haggling I dont mind. A deal is when both of you are happy.

Theres a RV show in Columbus January 4th thru the 6th. When you look at them and find one you like or a floorplan you like take pictures of it and of the model it gets very confusing very fast.. WE looked all over Ohio and into Indiana for about a year and a half and Ended up getting ours at RV Wholesalers in Lakeview Ohio . They were helpful and not pushy. Which was very nice since we had visited there looking 3 times before we actually purchased..
