Sandy and I and the three pups just purchased a leftover 2008 BT Cruiser model 5291 with a Ford diesel chassis.
We are not new to RVing as we've we've owned many across the spectrum from a LTD (1972) to a Marathon Prevost (from 24 feet to 45 feet)!
After being without an RV for about a year (the last one being a Winnie View double diesel which was way too small), we decided on a triple slide BT Cruiser for several reasons, but mostly because of the floor space when the slides are out and the diesel power.
We are disappointed in the LP generator as the size of the LP tank only allows for about 10 hours of Generator operation time. Not good it you need to dry camp in hot weather! So we will probably get that changed to a diesel generator and there goes the savings on the great deal we got on the purchase price of the RV.
Oh well! You'd think I'd have know better after all these years around RVs, but just goes to show you that sometimes when you think you know alot about something - you actually don't. What was I thinking?
