My name is Leslie. I'm formerly from Iowa and now a New Mexico transplant.
Since I have specific questions I'll post them in those specific areas however I did want to say "Hi!" and introduce myself.
This seems like a GREAT forum and I'm sure I'll learn lots.
Leslie

You picked a beautiful state. I love NM and spend alot of time there with friends in Taos.
This site has lots of great information and I'm sure you will find it very informative and helpful.

Hi and welcome. We retired to Albuquerque about five years ago and have never looked back. We take many trips to the NM State Parks and really like the Northeast country. If your old enough the yearly pass to the parks is a great deal. The pass is only $100 if your 62 or older then camping is just $4.00 a night with Electricity.
Nice to see a fellow New Mexico member.
Dick
