Greetings from Oklahoma!

We finally made the decision to trade in our 26ft Spree for a 23ft - 2005 Winnebago Aspect. We'll be picking it up Thursday & are looking forward to this jump from a trailer to an RV.

The dealer is currently pushing USA Travel Care extended warranty, but after doing a little research, we're hesitant & leaning more toward Good Sam's coverage. I'm looking forward to more research here to see what you all think of either one.

Cheers!
Lela/owl

Welcome to a friendly forum. We currently have the Good Sam extended service insurance. We haven't had to use it as yet, but preferred it over typical extended "warranties" as we were burned on one on a car several years ago. When we tried to use it on the car when something failed we learned that the warranty company had gone out of business, which, it seems, those companies do on a regular basis and then reopen with a new name. We felt safer with Good Sam.

Thanks for joining iRV2. We have had Extended Coverage on several RVs and vehicles. If it a trouble prone model, it may be worth while, but read the policy before you commit to it or make sure it has a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied. You have to be very careful of what they exclude.
