Hello!

Hi ya'll -

I thought I would check in here, say hello to the community, and see what I can do to help.

Though the rig in my profile is the first I have owned, it is not my first exposure. My grandparents hooked me at a young age (I believe I was 4...) by taking me for a ride in their 1976 GMC Class A (a Glenbrook model, for those curious). I've been "infected" ever since, and wouldn't have it any other way.

I currently live in the NW suburbs of Chicago, but am looking forward to relocating to the desert Southwest within the next few years. Best part of all of it? My fiancee right by my side, eagerly wanting the adventure as well.

Here's to the Open Road, folks!

Hi and welcome. A move to the southwest sounds like a good plan to me. Hope it works out. Safe travels.

Thank you very much Dance Chick! We're looking forward to the Big Move when it happens. There is just something about the desert that is irresistible - once your hear her song, you'll never get it out heart.

You have the right idea about the desert southwest. Sure beats the weather around Chicago. I'm considering the same move myself since it's been snowing here off and on for a couple days. In any event,

Thanks for the welcome, BigSkyBob. Always nice to see another vet - maybe our paths will cross one day.
