Hello from Daytona Beach, FL! We are new as of yesterday. Not much experience with forums, but have found great help here. Thank you. We are newly retired and 3 years RVing. On our 2nd coach. Most of our trips have been 2-3 weeks or less, but planning a longer one this spring. Gas prices will keep us closer to home this year, probably up the East Coast. We travel with Kookie, a Toy Aussie who runs the show and Frankie, a laid back Siamese.
We just had our first major problem and the info found on this site was very helpful.
We are planning to attend the Lazy Days Spring Reunion in Tennessee in April, is any one out there attending?

KookieMom;

Welcome to IRV2. We are glad to have you join us. You have already learned we have a great bunch of members here that want to help answer questions when they can. Post often and keep us advised of your travels. Fuel prices are also forcing us to keep the horses closer to the barn.

Don

KookieMom,hello back to you. I have to say if you have to stay close to home you have a nice place to do it. While our 3 kids were growing up we vacationed in Daytona Beach and long after they left the nest. One of my favorite eating places was a small restaurant called Hardy's. A ribeye steak and fries for $1.69,yeah a long time ago. We now winter in New Port Richey on the gulf coast. Keep us informed of your travels.

Thanks everyone for the welcome! To Joe & Nancy: The problem we just had (brake failure) was in New Port Richey! We stayed at Ja-Mar for the last week. The coach is still there being repaired, we will drive back over in the morning to pick up and come back home. We had a good time checking out Tarpon Springs while we were there.
