Hello all

My wife of 39 yrs and I are very wet behind the ears when it comes to camping/ rving. We are in the process of purchasing a Monaco Dynasty Diamond iv in one week. We look forward to meeting friends that we don't know yet. Any advice on starting this new adventure would be great. In western ny the snow and cold start sept- October, we will miss this happily.
Thanks all

Heck of a rig for your first. There are many threads on here for beginners. One great bit of advice, camp in your driveway for a couple of nights, one plugged in, one not in order to get a handle on all the systems. Then venture out to someplace really close at hand so you can drive a car back home if you forget something. Check out the Monaco owners group on this forum, ask for tips re: your year and model. Arrive at your campground 1-2 hours before dark, especially on your first trip so you're not having to hook up in the dark. Ask lots of questions on this forum, many people here that really want to help. Youtube can be a great source of info with visual "how-to" relating to specific projects/chores.
