Thank you for the update with your problems and solutions, I've yet to get the chance to try mine out yet so I can only go by what I get to read.
John if you don't hurry up and use the 7710 the next version will be out before you've programmed yours

Thanks to everyone for their replies on the RVND 7710. After one last major mistake from the RVND it has been returned to Camping World.

The very last straw was being navigated incorrectly to the Cirque Du Soleil, located at Lake Buena Vista, FL. It took us to a road, then the device wanted us to u-turn and go back 2.5 miles. In reality we were across the street from our destination where it wanted us to u-turn!

We are happy to be back to our Garmin Nuvii T-645 and will stick with it until a few years from now when they have a version 2 or 3 of the RVND. We did like the size of the RVND display. As we get older that might be a good thing.

We are West Coast people and really did not think it would work well in the mountains and trees.

I agree it should have found your destination correctly, but just out of curiousity, in your route preferences did you have U Turns set to Avoid?
