I have been on for about a week and the info that's available is great. I want to thank all the people that responded to my question on lite weight towing with my colorado. Through talking to a number of our friends, we have decided to get a motor home. I would like a class A but the wife is a bit concerned about the size, so she is looking at the Class C. What ever we choice, I am sure it will be because of all the help available on this site. Again thanks to everyone.

Benny..
Welcome to iRV2! ...Please tell your wife that you will be able to handle whatever size the two of you decide...no matter if it is a Class C or a Class A.
Let her know that many people buy an RV and THEN decide that it is NOT the right one...so they lose money when they get a bigger RV.

Make sure you BOTH take the time to spend in any RV you are considering...along with driving it to make sure it meets your needs and expectations..
I can tell you that many people make the mistake of buying an RV that will NOT work for them the first time out... so do not settle until you two are sure of your decision...
Good Luck...

Benny, welcome to iRV.com. You have been given some good information and I am sure you will be able to narrow down the coices. Once you get to the one or two you think is the one like MonacoMama has said, spend several hours going through the motions; eating, sleeping an deven in the shower. Make sure it is what you want. Good luck and keep us posted along the way.

Thank you to everyone, Molly has been driving school bus for a long time, and we both have our CDL's (77 pasenger/26000lbs) and I realy think she is just nervous about having a towed vehicle behind her. And yes you are right still alot of research to do, it is all alot of money to spend, weather a class A or Class C
Agin thanks to all We will keep you informed

Hi Benny and welcome to iRV2. I've had 4 different class A coaches, last two being 38' long and we downsized a couple of years ago to a class C.

Tell 'Molly' not to worry about that towed vehicle- today's motorhomes handle them well no matter which class you choose, and with back-up camera and just a little practice you'll be real comfortable with it back there.

Benny, Welcome to the IRV2 website, you will always get a response to a question if you cannot find it yourself, it's just a matter of asking.
Good Luck on your selection of either a Class A or Class C. Ed.S
