Hello all, this is my first post.

I heard about this forum over on RV.net where I am a senior member.

My wife (Pam) and I have been camping just about forever We have had several travel trailers and currently have the Toy Hauler in my signature. We used to do most of our camping in tents and traveling on the motorcycle until Pam had health issues.

We are Good Sam members and also belong to a local GS chapter. We love traveling and being outdoors. I particularly have some hobbies that Pam does not share such as running and bicycling.

We both still work full time and can only RV on weekends and the occasional vacation.

I hope to get to know some of you and maybe make it to some rallies.

Tim, WELCOME TO iRV2.

You will find iRV2 is quite a bit different than that "other" forum.

Be sure to check out our many forums.

Tim & Pam,

Welcome to iRV2. We're glad to have you.

I know the season for rv-ing in our neck of the woods is just about over, but do pop over & check out the North Central forum discussions. There's a very active group of members from NE OH/W PA & W NY (we're known as the Pond Piggies) that get together often during the season at campgrounds in the NE OH/W PA area. We'd love to have you join us. We mainly just enjoy hanging out at the campgrounds, eating, talking around the campfire, eating, relaxing...did I mention eating?

The iRV2 2009 National Rally will be at Evergreen Park RV Resort in Dundee. If you're from NE OH, you might be familiar with it. It would be a great chance for you to meet many of the members here. I'd like to personally invite you to attend. Check out the National iRV2.com Rally forum for more information & sign up.

Happy travels. Hope to meet up with you sometime.

Don </div></BLOCKQUOTE>Beemerphile...Petro said he believed we are the friendliest site... but he actually knows we are the friendliest RV site.. but he is not as boastful as I am!!
NLOVNIT knows her campgrounds and does some excellent campground reviews here ...RV Wizard is our own built in "RV Tech" with some great repair info...TXiceman...well he has a HUGE heart of gold...the iceman I believe comes from him owning the vintage silver-ice colored Airstream...I can go on & on with so many more regulars...but then they would edit my post...Just know we are glad to have you here !

Again...welcome to iRV2..please visit & post often!!

Thank you all for your warm welcome.

I am aware of the Evergreen resort although I've not been there. I'll try to make the 2009 rally but that is way further ahead than I make plans.
