Hello from alaska

My name is Noah and my wife, 2 kids and I have an Outdoors RV Backcountry 22 footer that we love. We bought it in July last year and took it out 3 times before the summer ended. We are looking for mods, ideas, tips, suggestions, and areas to camp and found this site while browsing google.

Spent four summers in your great state. You can find all of the Alaska state parks here, then narrow it down to places near you. Alaska State Parks Statewide Brochure

Find all of the National Forest service and Core of engineers campgrounds here:
Federal recreation, camping and tour reservation information - Recreation.gov You have to use the site to make reservations. In the top box enter Alaska, next dropdown select camping and lodging, next dropdown select RV sites, then click search button. that will give you a list, then up at the top of the list click the 'View as a Map' tab. Move the map around and use zoom to find what is in the area around you.

I didn't catch all the fish, left some for you. Welcome to IRV2

Thanks for the welcome everyone,

I live in Palmer, which is about 35 minutes outside of Anchorage. Tons of great campgrounds I have found so far in my area. I plan to take my wife and kids to Homer this summer so they can see the ocean and play on the beach.
