Hello from Calgary

Hello everyone

Wife and I bought our first RV. Its a older 87 Ford 27'. Slowly we are fixing it up. We got it 3 1/2 weeks ago and have been on 3 trips so far All the motor issues I hope I have now fixed on this advertised "Recent tune up"

Here is a picture from this last weekend

Thanks, Walter

Hi and welcome from another Calgarian.
My first class c was around the same year as yours. I bet in a few years you will be trading it off for a new one.
Enjoy your travels. There is still lots of time for camping before our Thanksgiving long weekend.

Thanks everyone. Were so excited to have her. Yes, lots of wet snow. Poor trees look like bombs went off. Massive clean ups everywhere. We were determined to go camping no matter what. Loving it! I've always wanted a motorhome and the wife now loves it too

Welcome to the forum. That picture looks a lot like Banff? Am I correct?

We were just there in July and spent a week in Cochrane as well. Love Cochrane -- such a nice little town. It has a beautiful RV park right along the Bow River and is close enough to Calgary if one wants city life.

Close, just outside Banff in the Kananaskis. That was at the upper lake

Cochrane is nice, I am throughout there for work a lot.
