Hello from Cape Cod!

Hi everyone, just wanted to post here and let you all know what a helpful site this is for a new guy. I purchased my first RV, a 1978 Champion motorhome, this past summer with the goal of taking it to Sandy Neck Beach and having some fun! My wife and I have a few friends with truck campers who go out regularly, so its great to get advice from them, but they arent motorhome guys. I think we are almost ready to go, with a few more small projects to finish on the rv. check out my other posts if you know anything about beach camping, I have some questions you might be able to answer! thanks all- thekid...... and thewife, lol.

Hi Kid, welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your Champion. Is that one that has the Dodge 360 in it? If so, keep an eye on the alternator belt. The one I had in a previous wife time was bad about coming loose. Don't think I ever went anywhere in it that I didn't wind up under it tightening the belt. Best of luck with yours.
