Hello from central Ohio

Hi All,
Started out tent camping with my family then moved up to a used 7' box Coleman pop-up - sure was cozy, but we thought we were in heaven. After a few years we purchased a new 12' box pop-up with all the goodies (cue the angels singing), including air conditioning, a furnace, and heated mattress! In heaven once again! A few years and a 6K mile "Out West" trip later, my wife decided we needed a camper with a bathroom. After an extensive search we bought our current camper a 2007 Maxlite 23Rs - bathroom, bunks, comfy bed, and more goodies. Back to heaven we go! Fast forward to today, children grown and out of the house and we are looking for a new "couples" camper.

In a nutshell, that's my story.

I think we've all been through the same transition and always with a big smile on our faces. Good luck with your search, and safe travels.

Berkshire!

Your camper upgrade experience closely matches ours. Tents, popups, trailers to motorhomes. My oldest daughter(who is a doctor now!) said, with tongue in cheek, "what is going on? Every time one of us kids leaves the house you get a bigger and bigger camper. When the last one flew the nest you got Dish Network and this huge 35 foot diesel pusher motorhome? You are always driving to somewhere exciting." I told her "now you know how expensive you kids were!"

Have a great time and enjoy your new freedom.
