Hello from CO

Just purchased our 3rd camper, a 99 Terry 21' TT. We started off camping in a tent about 12yrs ago. The cold hard ground got tiresome and we upgraded to an old 1972 pop up (7 yrs), then to a 99' Dutchmen with heat (3 yrs ago when we had our first born). Now with two rowdy toddlers we needed something that kept warmth/noise better, had bath capabilities, the ability to cook indoors, AND camp in Yellowstone. We haven't taken the new TT on her maiden voyage yet but plan to in the coming weeks. We enjoy the Tetons the most and only wish it were closer, instead of an 8 hr drive. We've discovered the Snowy Range in Wyoming, although it is no substitute for the Tetons it is still pretty nice. We've also done a bit of camping in the Black Hills and enjoyed it, but tend to keep our camping within a 2 hr radius of home these days. In the future we look forward to exploring Yellowstone and parts of Montana. Also the Big Horns are another we are interested in visiting. The OH has lots of camping memories to relive, I'm happy to oblige. Hoping to someday obtain a tiny TT (Scamp possibly) to use alone, no kids or spouse.

Congratulations & welcome to the forum. Hope your plans work out well. We just left from the Tetons & Yellowstone....what beautiful places! Now we're headed to Devil's Tower and hopefully have time to get to Rushmore & some of the Bad-Lands before having to head home in a couple of weeks.
Best of luck and safe travels.

We were up there in June. There's lots of beautiful places to see in this great country we are blessed to live in! Good luck & God bless!

I forgot to add Devil's Tower to the list. Thanks for reminding me. We're always up in the area but haven't managed to make it there yet.
