We are full time Rver's in a small Rv community south of playa del Carmen Mexico. We are looking to buy our own small park in Central or North Florida. All advise is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to iRV2. We are glad you joined is. Sorry I can't answer your question as I am not familiar with Florida. I am from Wisconsin and most campgrounds here only have about a 3 month summer season with another 3 months shared with Spring and Fall. Sometimes a little longer depending on the weather. Keep us posted on your progress.
