hello from Michigan

I found this site accidently when searching for help with our awning.

But looks like I've found a new place to hang out.

My husband and I are campers from way back. We used to be the rustic type but now insist on electricity but other than that just make it clean and friendly.

We have a 23 foot Jayco Kiwi that sleeps 8 so we can take all the grandkids at once IF we wanted to do that.

My husband recently retired so I am looking forward to some fall trips and also maybe even some winter travel but not sure about taking the trailer with us.

IF you decide to take the trailer with you in the winter just remember to keep it "Dry" (Do not fill with water).. Since you seem to be in Michigan, as you may well know, Michigan has a lot to offer all year long.. The leaves are starting to turn such lovely shades as I type. (parts of the state are peaking now) We have some really nice waterfalls in the UP (Not a winter destination with the trailer I think) and some lovely state parks as well as many private parks in both halves of the state.

I truly love Michigan... But will be wintering... elsewhere

Home is where I park it!

w8xym, where in MI during the summer do you call home? Or do you just travel all over?

And thanks for the info about winter camping.
