Hello from North Alabama!

New to the site and new to the RV community. I'm looking to make my first purchase hopefully in the next few months. I have several questions, some were answered by simply reviewing previous posts here. I'm aware of the weight issues I'm limited to with my F-150. I've been trying to pick up as much info/advice on camper trailers, new, but already a year old (2010 models) seeing some good deals out there but are they really good deals? Looking forward to my new hobby of camping with the family and seeing more of this country!

Welcome fellow Alabamian! Take your time and do your research. I looked for over a year to buy my 5th wheel years ago and it took me almost two years of research to buy the Phaeton. Go to the RV shows in Bham and Nashville. They can be very helpful. You can do an Internet search and find out dates. Let us know how we can help.
