Hello from Nova Scotia!

I have been RVing since 1986 and have only now "lucked into" this site while I was researching tire pressure monitoring systems. Would you believe that a highly rated system (Hawkshead) is actually a Canadian product. We are so used to having to buy from the States and deal with the real barriers of that border.
I am fast approaching the magical 70 years of age and head south to Florida every winter with my companion and our Welsh Terrier, Megan. Nova Scotia is wonderful during the summer and fall but we do prefer the warmer climate of the south.

For twenty years we travelled in Class B motorhomes. First, a Leisure Van and then a Pleasureway spending up to five months at a time. Last April we traded for our current Fleetwood Tioga. We still loved the ability to drive up any road or track and be able to turn around and to park on a meter but found that as our bodies aged and became less flexible, we needed a little more space.

I am totally inexperienced with posting to forums but remain hopeful of being an active participant in iRV2. More than happy to share information about our Class B experiences and about Nova Scotia.

Welcome to the site. I am sure you will have a lot of good info for those with class B MH as well as getting info on your new rig.
